You have arrived from the old Summerlin Builders website. That company, run by Randy Summerlin, built custom homes and small commercial projects in and around Johnston County for decades. Randy has retired from new contract work.
Summerlin Contracting, LLC is a separate company. Chad Summerlin, Randy's son, formed it in 2023 and runs it himself. He grew up on his father's job sites and holds an Unlimited Building license, number 100410, issued by the North Carolina Licensing Board for General Contractors.
