Chad Summerlin earned his unlimited building license in 2007 while studying at NC State, where he also worked commercial construction for D.H. Griffin as an estimator and site superintendent. When the 2008 downturn pushed him out of building, he served more than ten years as a North Carolina State Trooper and kept his contractor license current every one of them.
He returned to building in 2021 and formed Summerlin Contracting in 2023. You are hiring someone who has spent a career being accountable for his decisions.
